This property is professionally managed in the name and on behalf of the owner by virtue of a contract of mandate with representation and empowerment for collection.

As managers of the property:
- we will carry out on behalf of the owner the activities of promoting the property on OTAs and online platforms; managing prices; routine maintenance; concluding contracts with guests; fulfilling administrative and tax obligations; etc.
- we will provide a range of additional services for the benefit of guests, including, but not limited to: guidance on the use of electronic devices and information on local services; communication before, during, and after the stay; assistance during check-in and check-out; 24/7 availability; handling of any problems and emergencies remotely and/or on-site.

At check-in, the guest will be asked to digitally sign a contract detailing the cost of the fee due to the owner, the amount due to the cleaning compan, and the manager's fee for providing additional services (20%), all as outlined in the booking process.
